Welcome to The Girlfriend Factor. As you tour our website, you will get the sense of how unique, unconventional and creative a women’s organization can be.

We think outside the box. Why? Because women who make the decision to re-enter the working world, whether out of necessity or desire, are all different. Not all women have the degree, certifications, or years of experience needed to obtain that job or career at which they know they can be successful. The Girlfriend Factor is designed to find non-traditional solutions to assist them in navigating that road and achieving their dreams.

We are here to provide assistance, support and training. But, most important, to have fun while doing it! We are more than a charitable organization; we are a united force in changing women’s lives.
